FlightDesk, operated by Marketcall Inc., is an independent travel assistance platform that connects travelers with independent travel agents. We facilitate assistance with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations. FlightDesk is not an airline, is not affiliated with any airline, and does not operate any flights.

3. Independent Agency Disclaimer

FlightDesk and the travel agents accessible through our platform are independent of all airlines. We do not represent, act as agents for, or have any affiliation with Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, British Airways, Lufthansa, Air Canada, or any other carrier. Any assistance provided is on an independent, third-party basis.

4. Service Fees

Service fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed to you by the travel agent before any booking or change is made on your behalf. You are under no obligation to proceed if you do not agree to the disclosed fees. Standard telephone call charges may apply based on your phone plan.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details, travel dates, and other information provided to our agents are correct. FlightDesk is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightDesk and Marketcall Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. No Warranty

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Third-Party Airline Policies

All flight bookings, changes, and cancellations are subject to the policies, terms, and conditions of the respective airline. FlightDesk has no control over airline policies, including but not limited to fare rules, change fees, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility. We strongly recommend reviewing the applicable airline's terms before proceeding.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the FlightDesk website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Marketcall Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
